To meet the demanding needs of the rapidly growing population in Washington County, construction was started on a new 33,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art healthcare clinic that would will allow the non-profit health care organization to serve more patients in need by providing Physical Health, Behavioral Health, Dental and Pharmacy needs all under one roof.

The building features a unique two-story design that fits well into the Southern Utah landscape with accents that represent the clients branding. This clinic encompasses natural light all around and includes over 30 exam rooms, 3 procedure rooms, an admin suite with offices/board room/call center, community gym complete with multi-zone a/v system and folding panel partitions , a behavioral health suite, lab, a dental suite, 2 break rooms with private patios and a shell space on the 2nd floor for future expansion.
