New IHC medical clinic sitting on approximately 5 acres of developed property. This project included the development of a new private drive, an extension to a new city street and work along the UDOT highway. The construction included stone and brick facades over metal and wood stud framing. The main entrance is structural steel with storefront windows and metal wall panels.

The project houses x-ray scanning equipment that requires lead lined drywall, doors and windows. The facility is designed for future expansion and will serve as one of the primary medical facilities in the area
