Construct new 4,100 sf – 3 bay lube facility including complete site, retaining walls, concrete, asphalt elements; 1,500 s.f. basement lube pit bay; concrete walls, structural steel, suspended slabs, wood framing, wood trusses, EIFS & stone exterior, flat membrane roof, etc. Interiors included honed/colored concrete, lift equipment & platforms, working platforms, oil tanks, front reception desk, bathrooms, overhead doors, storefronts, interior finishes, etc. Project was built on an extremely tight site, next to the Virgin River.
