A multi-phase plan for construction was approved to be completed over three years.

Phase 1 included relocation of the existing 18 satellites, demolition of the existing north classroom wing, demolition of the media and counseling centers, and construction of a new vocational building and boiler plant. Demolition of the north classroom wing, media center, and counseling center was completed Summer 2018, allowing acceleration of the overall schedule, saving time and resources. The new vocational building was completed December 2018 on the southeast end of the campus.

Phase 2 included the new main gym, auxiliary gym, locker rooms and athletics facilities, a three-story classroom wing, and the new auditorium and performing arts classrooms. The athletic wing was completed Fall 2019, and the auditorium and classroom wing was finished Spring 2020.

Phase 3, involved construction of a second auxiliary gym, commons area/cafeteria, counseling center, media center, and a two-story classroom wing.
