This project is a 60,000 SF private residence and entertainment facility built with ICF walls, structural steel frame with concrete floor slabs, metal stud partition walls, wood framed roof structure, with rough sawn beam construction elements throughout the large soffits and Porte Cochere areas surrounding the residence. It has been constructed with LEED design specifications.
