In the past few years, Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen has made significant inroads into the Utah market. After decades of successful franchising, beginning in the Southeastern U.S., Popeyes is proving to be very successful in the west. This was an exciting project for Westland to be a part of. After approval to be an authorized CM for the brand, Westland partnered with Nudge Development to bring the new, unique southern-style fast food retail outlet to the Washington County area.

 Traditional construction was used, and working though winter weather using our proprietary “Graphic Scheduling” management methodology, the new store was open in record time, generating business from the moment the door was unlocked. The site was efficiently and effectively managed even with the consistent city traffic surrounding the site.
