Provo Elks Lodge
Description
The Benevolent &Protective Order of Elks (BPOE) or Elks Lodge, is one of the leading fraternal orders in the U.S., with nearly one million members. When the Provo Chapter of this charitable order needed to build a new, larger, modern facility, they chose Westland Construction as their trusted CM/GC.
Westland managed the complete demolition of the existing lodge, site preparation and construction of the new facility. The new, 2-story building is comprised of large structural steel, metal stud framing, and an extensive EIFS exterior. Other features include elevator, kitchen, large meeting rooms, administration offices, receiving area & loading dock, and expanded parking lot.
