Based in South Dakota, Primrose Retirement Community extends its large national footprint to Utah with the addition of their Washington, UT location. Over 120,000 square feet in size, the community includes two story Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Retirement wings. Primrose prides themselves on creating a warm and inviting experience for their residents which is evidenced by the design of the space. To accommodate residents in the 150 units, the community features a full-service commercial kitchen and artisan dining hall, clubhouse, dance hall, theater, fitness center, treatment center, spa center, and several elevators.
