Rapid growth in Utah warranted expanded facility capacity at the Revere Health Provo Family Medicine & Urgent Care building A & B. This office is home to comprehensive and timely healthcare for the entire family, offering nearly all family medical needs from routine medical check-ups to urgent and emergency care. This project was completed on an “active-campus” site, with pharmacy & medical services fully operational throughout the entire construction & renovation.

Building A construction consists of a 17,000 sf addition to the pharmacy building, with a complete renovation of the existing space to create multiple offices and exam rooms, as well as an addition to the building that houses the new pharmacy, offices, exam rooms, and other administrative spaces.

Building B construction consists of 12,000 sf of tenant improvement of Revere Health’s main administrative office. The TI involved modifying the existing building to accommodate significantly more workspaces for employees, add training space, and create specific work areas for each department. The project also consists of adding a new large conference room and an upgraded main lobby and corridor.
