This project completed in the fall of 2019 covered approximately 7,000 square feet of an existing building. The second floor of the building remained occupied while work on the first floor was completed. The new first floor space featured an optical sales center, laser consultation rooms, offices, nursing stations, pre-operation and recovery rooms, and two patient operating rooms. Elements of this project included earthwork, concrete work, structural steel, fireproofing, clean rooms, medical gas systems, an elevator, and all interior finishes.
