UCCU Financial Tower
ABOUT THIS PROJECT
At 7 stories, and more than 100 feet high, the UCCU Lehi Point office tower is one of the most dramatic statements that you will see along the I-15 corridor. The structure incorporates post-tension decks, with slab on metal deck at the upper levels, all incorporated on to a 1.65 acre site located in Lehi, Utah, directly adjacent to I-15, in the heart of the fastest growing technology & business area in the western U.S. The building has reflective glass on the exterior so passers-by can see the likeness of the expansive view of the valley below. Completion is scheduled for 2016. The design allows for 70,000 square feet of Class-A office space, as well a 48,500 SF underground parking structure, with additional main level site parking
