Non-ferrous facility where all types of metals are received, weighed and prepared for recycling. The project consists of a 17,000 sf metal siding warehouse. The warehouse has 6’ high exterior exposed architectural concrete walls. Attached to the warehouse is a 6,500 sf two story office building. The project sits on 5 acres of developed site consisting of a large on-site water retention pond with ample truck and vehicle parking. Detached from the warehouse and office are three large truck scales for weighing of delivered material. The weighing of material is done through a centrally located detached 625 sf Scale Clerk Building. Also detached from the main operation center are two kiosk buildings for payment and an in-bound vehicle metals inspection station.
