$4.1 Million, 45,180 sq. ft. recycling facility consisting of three separate buildings for office and warehouse, built of masonry and pre-engineered metal. This project was scheduled for a 12 month construction period. Westland was able to finish this project 3 & 1/2 months ahead of schedule.
