Westland Construction turned about 4,872 square feet of existing space on Level 1 of Building 3 at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in Provo into three new occupational therapy lab rooms. The project was a negotiated lump-sum contract with Method Studio Architecture. Work started on November 11, 2024. Westland worked through conditions found during demolition, including an unknown pipe, missing VAV boxes and the domestic water tie-in locations, by coordinating with the design team. The project reached substantial completion in July 2025, about eight months after the start. RMU now has modern teaching space for its OT programs.
