The Cottages at Fossil Hills

Westland Construction built the Cottages at Fossil Hills for Dry Canyon Homes, a 157,000-square-foot townhome development in St. George, Utah. Westland was selected on qualifications and delivered the work as construction manager under a guaranteed maximum price (GMP). Set among the red rock landscape of southern Utah, the master-planned community includes 109 condominium units in a variety of configurations with spacious floor plans. Residents share an extensive clubhouse, a swimming pool and hot tub, a fitness center, a children’s play area, and walking trails that connect to the community’s open space. The development sits close to I-15, downtown St. George, and nearby shopping and entertainment, giving residents both convenience and access to the outdoors. The project was completed in August 2008, giving St. George families a well-planned community to call home.
