Project Overview

This new store is the 21st Deseret Industries store in Utah. The store employs 130 to 140 associates as part of its career training programs.

Excavation and construction in this area required the interception of old drainage and irrigation lines, installing manholes, and routing around, and reconnecting to the existing drainage system. Westland has experienced all of these conditions and successfully mitigated them on this project with very little impact to schedule or budget.
