Hobble Creek Industrial Park

The Hobble Creek Industrial campus, completed in 2024, comprises over 500,000 sf of core and shell space across five buildings. This project, designed by AE Urbia and managed by Westland Construction under CM/GC services, required highly efficient scheduling practices. For instance, Westland panelized the joist and deck to accelerate the timeline, allowing them to complete three buildings ahead of schedule. The project exemplifies Westland’s ability to deliver large-scale developments while maintaining cost and time efficiency.
