Located in Payson, this project marks the construction of Jones Paint and Glass’s eighth location, reflecting their continued growth and regional expansion. This 36,000 SF facility will enable Jones Paint and Glass to better serve their growing clientele in Utah County, enhancing both accessibility and operational efficiency. The WPA-designed building features a modern showroom space and a warehouse with a mezzanine, offering ample storage and display areas for their wide range of products. In addition to serving Jones Paint and Glass, the building includes a separate suite designed for a future tenant, providing flexibility for potential commercial growth. This strategic location ensures a stronger presence in the region and supports long-term expansion goals.
