McDonald's — Primm, NV

In recent years the McDonald’s Corporation and its franchisees have been in the process of updating, upgrading, and changing the public face of their facilities, services and corporate image. Westland Construction has become a trusted CM partner in numerous renovation, remodel, and replacement store projects. This project was part of McDonald’s national remodel program to update many of its existing restaurants with a contemporary recognizable exterior image. The outdated mansard roof and light beam elements are being removed and replaced with an updated parapet architecture. In addition, the MRP initiative requires site improvements to the drive-thru and major interior renovations to modernize the decor and customer experience.

Remediation of accessibility barriers is also addressed to ensure ADA compliance. New exterior building lighting was incorporated into the project. Contemporary LED lighting fixtures contribute more lumens than the existing lighting, adding to the fresh look.

The exterior was completely redone with a new color scheme and new signage was installed.
