Westland Construction renovated the Oklahoma City Oklahoma Temple for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The temple was first dedicated in 2000 and stands 10,890 square feet with a beige limestone exterior. It closed for renovation in October 2017, and the extensive work updated the exterior and fully upgraded the interior. The renovated interior carries design motifs drawn from Oklahoma’s landscape and American Indian heritage. The temple was rededicated on May 19, 2019, and continues to give members across Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas and Missouri a lasting place of worship built to the Church’s exacting temple standards.
