Project Overview

Westland Construction built the 34,620-square-foot Parkway Health Center in Payson, Utah, for BD&E Properties, with Carpenter Stringham Architects as architect. The facility provides skilled nursing and rehabilitation services. It was designed to support short-term post-acute recovery as well as long-term residential care, with 24-hour nursing and on-site physical, occupational and speech therapy. Resident rooms, nursing stations, therapy space, dining and common areas are organized to support both clinical efficiency and a comfortable, home-like environment for residents and families. The project gives south Utah County a local option for recovery and long-term care close to home.
