Villas at Sienna Hills

Westland Construction built the Villas at Sienna Hills for Dry Canyon Homes, a 123,000-square-foot condominium development in Washington City, Utah. Westland was selected on qualifications and delivered the work as construction manager under a guaranteed maximum price (GMP). The project is part of the Sienna Hills master-planned community just off I-15 at Exit 13, set among the red rock landscape of southern Utah with open space trails, recreation, shopping and entertainment nearby. The development includes 72 condominium units in a variety of configurations. Residents share a clubhouse, a fitness center, a pool and recreation areas, along with ample parking for residents and guests. The project was completed in December 2008, giving Washington City families a well-planned community to call home.
