Heritage West Credit Union

Westland Construction built a new 12,000-square-foot branch for Heritage West Credit Union, since rebranded as Chartway Credit Union, in South Jordan, Utah, providing construction management services with subcontractor prequalification. The two-story building has a structural steel frame with metal stud framing over a full basement, giving the credit union room for member services, offices and support space under one roof. Large storefront windows bring natural light into the building and give the branch an inviting street presence. A three-lane drive-up offers members quick, convenient service. Westland’s prequalification process helped assemble a capable team of subcontractors to deliver the quality the credit union expected. The branch was completed in March 2006 and continues to serve members in South Jordan and the surrounding communities.
