Project Overview

Based in Washington City, Utah, Utah First Credit Union (UFCU) expanded its presence in Southern Utah with the construction of the Grapevine Crossing branch. Completed in May 2024, this 3,300-square-foot facility was built concurrently with a sister project, necessitating coordination with subcontractors to maintain the schedule. The branch features a modern exterior with a limestone façade. Inside, an open floor plan and abundant natural light create an inviting atmosphere designed to enhance member experience.
