UCCU Branch Offices

Utah Community Credit Union first selected Westland Construction to build its Orem branch in August 2002. Since then, Westland has built 12 new branch offices for UCCU along the Wasatch Front, providing construction manager/general contractor (CM/GC) services on each one. The branches average about 3,400 square feet. They share a consistent design of brick and EIFS exteriors over metal and wood stud framing, which gives UCCU a recognizable look across its network. Working with the same design standard from branch to branch has let Westland refine its approach with every building, bringing lessons learned, reliable subcontractors and predictable costs from one site to the next. The relationship, now more than two decades long, reflects UCCU’s continued trust in Westland to deliver quality locations.
